Use a variety of tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and deliver desired aesthetic results.- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly throughout each project.- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability, smoothness, and adherence to safety standards.- Requirements- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.- Ability to operate various painting tools and equipment confidently.- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and clients.- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.- Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights, scaffolding, and handling hazardous materials is preferred.
