Our client is seeking a permanent fully qualified Electrician to join their operations team, covering the Dereham and Kings Lynn areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering responsive electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties.
You will ensure electrical repairs and installations are carried out efficiently and in line with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) while maintaining excellent customer service for tenants.
- Carry out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Ensure all work complies with the latest electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Support planned electrical installations when required.
- Participate in electrical testing and inspection programmes to maintain compliance.
- Maintain safe working practices in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Experience in property maintenance or the construction industry.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- C&G 2377 Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
- Experience working within social housing.
