Paragon Resource Solutions are seeking a detail-oriented Painter in Great Yarmouth.
You will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and deliver desired aesthetic results.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly throughout each project.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability, smoothness, and adherence to safety standards.
