Our client, a Property Services Contractor delivering high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector, is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Plumber for a permanent position.
Location: North Herts and Bedfordshire covering reactive maintenance across domestic properties.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am‑4:30pm with a 30‑minute paid lunch break.
Role Responsibilities
- Work in both void and occupied domestic properties on a reactive maintenance programme, carrying out plumbing duties on domestic repairs and maintenance while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Domestic Plumber with proven experience and references.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Experience with unvented cylinders (preferred).
- Own tools.
- Experience in social housing or tenanted properties (preferably).
- Full driving licence (no more than 6 points).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
