Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a North Essex based Housing association who are recruiting for a full-time General Builder more especially Plasterer Roofer on their Repairs and Voids team covering the Braintree and Halstead areas. £23-24 per hour CIS. 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday Company vehicle provided or mileage paid. Initially on a 3 month temporary basis leading to a full time contract position.
Key objectives of role:
- You will carry out works such as, but not restricted to plastering and roofing repairs work on social housing domestic properties.
- To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with the scheduling teams.
This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties in Braintree and the surrounding areas. Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.
