Job description
Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor working with reputable private and public sector organisations is currently seeking a Carpenter / multi trade on a temporary – permanent basis to carry out Voids and Reactive maintenance work in domestic properties across the Kings Lynn, Wisbech and Thetford areas.
Duties will include :-
Attending to and resolving Carpentry maintenance issues within mainly domestic properties while providing a high level of customer service.
Requirement for the role :-
-NVQL2 minimum in Carpentry or 3 years minimum time served.
-Multi-trade skills such as basic plumbing, tiling and painting and decorating also an advantage.
-PPE
-Own tools
Must be able to provide at least one work related reference.
42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
Full – time temp – permanent position.
£36,000- £37,000 per annum with van and fuel card.
£22- 23 per hour CIS
