Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor working with reputable private and public sector organisations is currently seeking a plumber / multi trade on a temp – permanent basis to carry out reactive and planned maintenance work in domestic properties across the Cambridge area. Duties will include :- Attending to and resolving plumbing maintenance issues within mainly domestic properties while providing a high level of customer service. Requirement for the role :- – NVQL2 minimum in Plumbing or 3 years minimum time served. – Multi-trade skills such as basic carpentry, tiling and painting and decorating also an advantage. – PPE – Own tools Must be able to provide at least one work related reference. 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday Full – time temp – permanent position. £35,000 – £37,000 per annum with van and fuel card.
