We are seeking a full-time Print Estimator to join our team on-site in Nottingham. The Print Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate job estimates by analysing project requirements, supporting pricing discussions, and liaising with vendors for material and production costs. Additional duties include maintaining cost databases, working closely with clients and internal teams to address project needs, and ensuring all estimates adhere to company standards and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in estimating processes, including cost calculation and job quoting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in analysing project specifications and budgets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Familiarity with printing methods, materials, and industry standards
  • Experience with estimation software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience as a print estimator or similar role would be required
  • Experience of Web Printing and/or Direct Mail production is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Nottingham
