Are you a seasoned travel professional with a passion for creating unforgettable, culturally rich journeys? We are seeking an experienced Escorted Tours Group Travel Consultant to join our team. Our client specializes in curated, bespoke European and worldwide escorted group tours tailored to specific ethnic minority groups, spanning both religious and leisure travel. From Asia to the Indian Ocean, you will design and deliver end-to-end travel packages, providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. No two days will be the same in this dynamic and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Formulate comprehensive travel packages, including flights, accommodation, ground support, meals, and travel extras.
  • Group Itinerary Design: Create and launch bespoke end-to-end European and worldwide group itineraries tailored to direct clients.
  • DMC Liaison & Logistics: Coordinate smoothly with local Destination Management Companies and manage intricate logistics for escorted group tours.
  • Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding, end-to-end client service and support.

Requirements (Essential)

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of extensive escorted group product experience within the travel industry is essential.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience working with Asian-based or ethnic-based travel groups is highly preferred.
  • Logistics & Networks: Proven experience in logistics for escorted group tours and an established network of DMC contacts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, or Punjabi is highly ideal.
  • Location: Ability to work in person or on a hybrid basis. Convenient office locations include Hertfordshire, North/West London, and Middlesex.
