We're recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation seeking an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join a busy in-house creative studio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative environments, ensuring projects run smoothly while enabling designers, copywriters and marketers to do their best work.
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, overseeing workflow, resource planning and stakeholder communication across a high-volume portfolio of digital marketing projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role where you'll oversee the delivery of around 20 creative briefs and 200 digital assets each month, ensuring projects remain on schedule, teams are effectively resourced and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the creative process. You'll act as the central point of coordination between marketing, creative and production teams, managing priorities, identifying bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
