We are currently looking for a EA/Team Assistant to support our Investment Banking team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in admin or team support who is ready to take on more responsibility, learn on the job, and grow within a collaborative and friendly team.

- Hours 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday) one day working from home after probation)
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with our Managing Directors, senior leadership, and deal teams, providing essential administrative and secretarial support. Every day will be different – you\’ll help keep things running smoothly by:
- Managing busy diaries across multiple time zones
- Organising internal and external meetings – in person, by phone, and by video
- Arranging international travel and handling logistics (including visas)
- Compiling and submitting expenses
- Creating and editing PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents
- Supporting with document production, printing and binding
- Helping with event bookings, team lunches, couriers, taxis, and more
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and general team admin
- Providing cover for other team assistants and reception when needed
- Supporting with internal events like Spring Week and staff socials
- Helping the team with KYC processes and deal onboarding
- Logging contacts and maintaining accurate records in Deacloud
- Booking holidays via our internal system
What we’re looking for:
We’re not expecting you to know everything from day one – we’re happy to train and support you! But here’s what would help you succeed:
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Some admin or office support experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A flexible and positive approach
- A friendly, team-player mindset
- Professionalism and discretion – you’ll be trusted with sensitive information
