Pride in representing the organisation by creating that all important first impression. The ability to communicate confidently at all levels and possess excellent listening skills are also a must.

Duties:

- Welcoming all visitors and issuing guest passes
- Booking meeting rooms
- Maintaining reception contact lists
- Reception area is presentable at all times, conveying an inviting and warm impression
- Process taxis requests for staff and maintain booking records/approvals
