Duties:
- Organising travel itineraries, meetings and conference calls etc
- Managing busy diaries
- Managing telephones and prioritising calls
- Processing expenses
- Regular client interaction
Skills necessary:
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and juggle workloads to ensure that deadlines are met
- Strong team player who is willing to assist colleagues as and when required
- Uses own initiative and has a “can do” attitude
