Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) – Financial Investment Firm

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to senior executives. The Role The PA will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s day‑to‑day activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to one or more senior executives within the firm
- Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Assist with expense management and invoice processing
- Support with event coordination, including board meetings and client functions
- Ensure efficient office and administrative processes, proactively identifying improvements
- Provide cover and support to other PAs and team assistants where required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, investment management, or professional services
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, polished, and discreet, with a high level of integrity
- Proactive problem solver with a positive and flexible attitude
