EA to MD and team within Corporate Finance for Finance Org – £60,000 – £65,000 (Green Park)
The main function of the role will be to provide excellent assistance and support in an Executive Assistant capacity.
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm – 4 days in office and one from home
Main Duties
- Diary management, including requesting and organising meetings, lunches etc and reminding of commitments
- Assist with queries and inbox management
- High volume of travel arrangements
- Assist in answering telephone calls
- Processing of expense reports and arranging payment for invoices in a timely manner
- Some event co‑ordination and execution may be required
- Organising interview schedules
- Ad‑hoc secretarial/administration as or when required

- Degree or A level (or equivalent) preferred
- Previous investment banking/ corporate finance experience highly desirable
