A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Roadshow Co-ordinator to manage the full execution of Non-Deal Roadshows and investor engagement programmes. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver flawless execution under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management and execution of Non-Deal Roadshows and investor field trips
- Coordinating 1:1 and group meetings between corporate clients and institutional investors
- Maintaining and updating scheduling systems to ensure all information is accurate and current
- Providing real-time updates to internal teams before and during roadshows
- Managing last-minute changes efficiently and communicating updates clearly to all parties
- Ensuring calendar accuracy across investor and corporate schedules
- Updating internal systems post-event with confirmed attendance and relevant data
- For in-person roadshows: Overseeing all logistics including flights, hotels, ground transfers, visas, catering and AV requirements
- Arranging and attending group meetings and meetings at external venues
- Preparing detailed investor profiles and briefing materials
- Reconciling expenses following completion of the roadshow
Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience executing Non-Deal Roadshows and/or investor field trips
- Experience within a fast-paced global Financial Services environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload with minimal supervision
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to anticipate issues and manage competing stakeholder interests
- Motivated, proactive and collaborative team player
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
