About the Role
We are looking for an Estimator/Designer to join our team in a full-time office-based role. The successful candidate will take the lead on estimating and developing project quotations, while also supporting the design process and working closely with the wider team to prepare quotations, drawings and project information for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates and quotations for projects
- Assisting with project design and technical drawings
- Using CAD and other design software to accurately price projects
- Reviewing specifications and project requirements
- Monitoring project costs to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Communicating with suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate project and pricing records
- Supporting the smooth delivery of projects from enquiry to completion
Essential Criteria
- Estimating or Quantity Surveying background strongly preferred
- Ability to improve the quoting process by taking a professional and technical approach to the estimating
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused approach
- Willingness to learn CAD and other design systems
- Good communication and organisational skills
