About the Role
We're looking for someone confident, driven, and up for a chat—someone who actually enjoys picking up the phone and speaking to people. You'll be delivering B2B telemarketing and lead generation campaigns for a range of clients, becoming a key part of their growth by generating quality leads and building real relationships. This isn't a sit behind emails kind of job; we're big on conversations here.
- Managing and delivering telemarketing and lead generation campaigns for multiple clients
- Speaking with key decision-makers and generating quality leads and appointments
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects
- Supporting campaign reporting, data insights, and updates
- Working closely with the team to share ideas and improve campaigns
- Getting stuck into a positive, fast-paced office environment
About You
We're not after robots; we want people with personality. If you're motivated, enjoy talking to people, and don't take yourself too seriously, you'll fit right in.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, SDR, lead generation or business development
- Confident on the phone and able to hold a good conversation
- Comfortable building relationships (not just ticking boxes)
- Positive, proactive, and up for a challenge
- Organised and able to manage your time well
- A good sense of humour is a big plus
- Must be a dog person—we have regular dog days in the office
