Are you looking for a telemarketing agency that actually puts people first? If so, Paragon Marketing may be the perfect fit for you. We put our clients and our staff at the forefront of everything we do.
A bit about us: We were founded in Portsmouth in late 2017 and we’ve been disrupting the market with our proven approach to telemarketing. We are a specific B2B telemarketing agency which means we only target businesses, with our dedicated campaigns. Paragon's Values are simple: Forefront, Ambitious, Make it Happen. #FAM We believe in delivering what a client actually needs as opposed to trying to continually upsell to make more money. We work with our clients to understand their business, so we are in the best position to deliver recommendations as to what the best course of action is for them personally. There is never a one-size-fits-all.
The Role: We’re looking for an ambitious and driven SDR with a knack for having great conversations with prospects. You will be responsible for delivering telemarketing campaigns for a variety of different clients that we work with. There will be an opportunity to get involved with other aspects of campaign management, including reporting, clients briefing, data analysis. As our SDR, your role will involve the account management of a number of key clients so you must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people. If you are one to hide behind emails, this role isn’t for you. We love to build lasting relationships with our clients so we are regularly on the phone catching up with them or proposing some new ideas.
An absolute MUST for this role is a sense of humour and a love of dogs! We have regular doggy days in the office. There is a real opportunity for development within this role and the ability to learn new skills. We don’t want to go into the usual boring 'You must be able to: effectively pitch prospects' etc as that’s just core to the job. However, additionally, it would be desirable if you have skills in any of the following areas: sales, excel, customer services, telemarketing.
Rather than go into loads of detail on the role specification we’d rather have a chat with you via MS Teams, or invite you into our offices to talk further about the opportunity. Put it this way, if you have a passion for marketing and want to work with a rapidly growing telemarketing agency, then give us a shout or pop us over your CV.
