• Personal care and mobility assistance
•
Driving
to activities, appointments, and
social outings
• Basic household tasks
• Supporting daily organisation and independence Full training is provided , and you'll be supported by an experienced clinical and care team throughout. Location & Driving Location:

Driving:
Essential – regular outings are part of the role. A
full UK driving licence
is required, and
insurance is provided for use of the client's adapted vehicle. Pay, Rota & Rewards Pay:
£152.18
per day
Bonus:
Up to £400 joining & training bonus
• £150 paid with your first salary
• £250 paid after successful probation Food allowance:
£49 per week
Travel allowance:
Competitive travel allowance per placement Rota:
2 weeks live-in, followed by 2 weeks off
After a 1-week rest, you may choose to work with another client or join our
Standby rota , working conveniently from home. Main Responsibilities • Deliver person-centred personal care and mobility support
• Support daily routines, community activities, and engagement
• Assist with safe transfers and day-to-day living tasks
• Help with household organisation
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes What We're Looking For Female carer required due to the need to provide personal care (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1). We welcome applications from female carers who are:

SIA Spinal Injuries Association Training & Ongoing Support Paragon is a specialist provider of spinal cord injury and complex care. You'll receive
