This full-time role is based in beautiful Richmond and involves care coordination, rota planning, mentoring, and daily communication with clients and carers. You'll join a passionate, team-driven environment with real potential to grow into leadership or specialist care roles over time.

As a Care Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced scheduling systems to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues.
- Support and mentor carers, helping them deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Work closely with the care manager to ensure care is aligned with each client's clinical and personal needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR to onboard staff and train them in our systems.
- Join our shared out-of-hours rota, supporting the team when unexpected issues arise.
- Be a key part of a passionate and responsive team, solving challenges together.
