About the Role: Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking carers for 12-hour shifts to join our dedicated team supporting a female client in her specially adapted home in Bexhill on Sea (TN39). The client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, scoliosis, and learning disability. Her home is equipped with hoists and accessible bath to meet her daily needs. During the day, she requires two carers and enjoys daily outings in her accessible vehicle and relies on her care team to provide the support she needs. At night, a sleeping carer will be on hand to assist the waking night carer as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a compassionate team that works closely with her and her family, ensuring her routine and activities are engaging and fulfilling.
With this client, you'll be engaged in a Rota of 3-5 or more shifts a week. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home. To support your journey, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you to excel in your caregiving role.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Day and waking night shifts
- Shift Pattern: Day 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Night 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Pay Rate: Weekday (Day): £15.29/hr, Weekends (Day or Night): £18.35/hr, Waking Nights (any day): £18.35/hr, Bank Holidays paid at 150% and Christmas at 200% (double pay)

Carer must be a confident driver with clean driver's licence and happy to help with regular community outings. With this client, you'll be engaged in 3-4 shifts or more per week.
