Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a day carer to support a young gentleman with a spinal cord injury following discharge from specialist rehabilitation. This position focuses on rehabilitation goals, building independence, and maintaining a structured daily routine in the client's own home. It is a day‐shift role supporting the client during the initial transition period from hospital to home.
