Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and care team throughout.
About the Client
Our client is a kind and engaging gentleman who enjoys an active lifestyle, particularly swimming. He lives with his partner in a welcoming home environment. Carers benefit from having their own separate flat within the same building, providing privacy and personal space while remaining close enough to offer support when required. The household also includes a friendly cat, so applicants should be comfortable around pets.
Location & Driving
- Location: Stratford E20
- Driving: Essential – regular outings are part of the role. A full UK driving licence is required, and insurance is provided for use of the client’s adapted vehicle.
Pay, Rota & Rewards
- Pay: £159.13 per day
- Bonus: Up to £400 joining & training bonus
- £150 paid with your first salary
- £250 paid after successful probation
- Competitive travel allowance per placement
- 4 weeks live‑in, followed by 4 weeks off
- After a 1‑week rest, you may choose to work with another client or join the standby rota, working conveniently from home
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred personal care and mobility support
- Support daily routines, community activities, and engagement
- Assist with safe transfers and day‑to‑day living tasks
- Help with household organisation
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes

- Flexible and adaptable to individual needs
No previous spinal care experience required – full training provided from a specialist provider and trusted partner of the SIA Spinal Injuries Association.
