Household: Non-smoking, No pets. The client lives with his wife in their adapted home, with downstairs accommodation and an accessible garden, allowing him to spend time outdoors. His wife is very involved in his care, knows his routines extremely well, and works closely with the care team to ensure continuity and high standards of care. He uses community transport to attend medical appointments.
