Overview
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for a friendly Live-in Carer to assist a lady in Cheltenham (GL50) who has spinal cord injury following a road accident. She lives with her husband and a friendly dog in a beautiful home. The role requires daily support with personal care, medication routine, stoma care and mobility. This is a fantastic opportunity to offer support in advanced care under the guidance of our Nurse Practitioner team.
To maintain privacy during intimate care, this role is open to female carers only, in line with a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
This is a 4-week live-in assignment, followed by a 4-week rest period. After a 2-week rest, you have the option to work with another client for 2 weeks. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be part of our standby rota, working conveniently from home. Comprehensive training is provided to support your caregiving role.

Travel allowance: Competitive travel allowance for each placement

We are a specialist provider of complex neurological care and will ensure you are fully briefed and prepared before your first shift. You will also receive ongoing support from our coordination and clinical team.
