About the Role
This role is perfect for an empathetic and energetic carer who values privacy, connection, and an active lifestyle. You\’ll provide one-on-one care, assisting with mobility, personal care, spinal injury toileting, and daily living tasks. Since the client enjoys outings and fitness, a shared interest in gym & wellness would be a great fit
Location: St Albans AL2
Driver: Essential – the client goes out every day and carers need to drive his adapted vehicle and must have clean driver\’s licence.
Shift Pattern: 2 weeks live-in, followed by 2 weeks off
Following 1-week rest, you have the option to work with another client for 1 week. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home. To support your journey, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you to excel in your caregiving role.

Payrate: £142.07 per day

Live-In Care Job Overview
As a Carer (sometimes referred to as a Personal Assistant), you will assist the client with daily care, activities of daily living, and mobility needs. Specific duties will be detailed in the Client\’s care plan and daily activities, managed through our electronic visit system. Responsibilities include personal care, spinal injury toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, and more. Comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure you can deliver the necessary care.
Your Responsibilities:
Observe and record the client\’s health status.
Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Ensure the client\’s safety.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Notify clients of changes in medications.
Arrange transportation for client appointments.
