About the Role
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for a live‑in carer for a gentleman with a spinal cord injury. He lives in a beautiful house in East Sussex BN8 area, values independence, cooking and companionship, and needs support with daily activities and maintaining a clean, tidy home.

Rota & Pay
- Shift pattern: 4 weeks on/off, or standby rota working conveniently from home if eligible.
- Pay rate: £146.33 per day
- Travel allowance: competitive allowance for each placement.
- Food allowance: competitive allowance per day, if applicable.
Live‑In Care Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep and daily living activities.
- Provide support with spinal injury care and encourage independence.
- Observe and record the client’s health status and ensure safety and well‑being.
- Arrange transportation for appointments, outings and travel when required.

Female carer required due to the need to provide personal care (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1). Training & Support
Paragon is a specialist provider of spinal cord injury and complex care. You’ll receive full training before you start, and time will be given to familiarize with the care routine. No previous experience with spinal care is needed.
