About the Role
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking forfemale Complex Homecare Nursesto support a young woman in her home environment.
She lives with complex long-term conditions including chronic pancreatitis, hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos features, chronic pain and neurodivergent needs. Nurses will play a key role in delivering structured, person-centred care and supporting her independence.
You'll provide holistic nursing care including:

Complex medication management (subcutaneous and jejunal routes)

Bowel care and pain management

Respiratory support and safe mobility

Calm, consistent communication and routine-based care

Supporting daily living tasks such as light household duties andfeeding her cats
You'll be supported by clear protocols and a Nurse-led team to ensure you feel confident and equipped in your role.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care in the home

Manage and administer complex medication regimens safely

Support an individual with autism using a calm, structured approach

Monitor and respond to changes in condition, maintaining accurate records

Work collaboratively with the clinical team, family, and other professionals
Pay and Shifts

Night Shift:20:00–08:00 (£41.82/hr weekdays and weekends)

Location:BN41 Brighton

Pet: The client has a cat in the household, so nurses and carers must be comfortable around it

Experience:Complex care experience

Qualifications:Valid NMC registration

Skills:Strong clinical and mentoring abilities

Female nurse required for personal care (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
