Job type: Live-in

Start: Immediate start available

Location: BN23 (East Sussex)

Rota: 2 weeks live-in at a time, followed by 2-week rest period. After a 1-week rest, you can work with another client for 1 week or join the Standby rota (work from home).

Pay rate: £142.07 per day.

Travel allowance: Competitive per placement.

Food allowance: Competitive per day, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities.
  • Support with spinal injury care and encourage independence.
  • Observe and record the client’s health status.
  • Ensure the client’s safety and well-being.
  • Arrange transportation for appointments, outings, and travel when required.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Notify client of changes in medications.

Requirements

Paragon provides full training before you start, including e-Learning and in-person sessions. No previous experience with spinal care is needed.
