Overview
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for a Brain Injury Support Worker to support a retired gentleman in Seaford who has suffered a brain injury. His injury affects his cognition and emotions, and he can occasionally be disinhibited, so he needs a calm, steady, and patient support worker who can offer reassuring guidance and structure to his day. He is physically mobile and enjoys getting out and about. As his support worker, you’ll be driving his car, taking him to appointments, the seaside, and out for tea. He lives in a beautiful home with a strong support network.
Job Details
- Job Type: Day shifts (8am – 8pm) & Waking Night Shifts (8pm-8am) scheduled in advance as needed
- Pay Rate: Day shift: £14.75/h; Waking night shift: £17.70/h
- Location: Seaford, BN25 – coastal town with beautiful scenery
- Driver: Essential – must be confident driving the client or his partner
- Start Date: Ongoing – role is active and shifts are available

A calm, confident support worker with experience in brain injury or complex care. You must live locally and be able to travel reliably to the client’s home. You’ll need to be flexible, work well independently or alongside others, and bring a steady presence to help maintain a stable care environment. A warm and adaptable approach is key, especially when supporting both the client and his partner.
Training & Support
We are a specialist provider of complex neurological care and will ensure you are fully briefed and prepared before your first shift. You will also receive ongoing support from our coordination and clinical team.
