Overview
Shift Care Job Overview: As a Carer (sometimes referred to as a Personal Assistant), you will assist the client with daily care, activities of daily living, and mobility needs. Specific duties will be detailed in the Client\’s care plan and daily activities, managed through our electronic visit system. Responsibilities include personal care, spinal injury toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, and more. Comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure you can deliver the necessary care.

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Day/Night Shift Carers to provide specialised Spinal Cord Injury care for our clients in and around London and the South East. Our clients reside in their own homes or independent accommodations, all conveniently accessible by public transport. Some clients have pets (cats or dogs) for companionship. Confident drivers are preferred, as you may need to assist clients with transportation to gym sessions, local visits, or appointments.
With this client, you\’ll be engaged in a 3-4 shifts per week or more assignment, succeeded by a 2-3 days per week rest period. Following rest period, you have the option to work with another client. Alternatively, if eligible, you can be a part of our Standby rota, working conveniently from home. To support your journey, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you to excel in your caregiving role.
Job type: Day Shift & Waking Night Shift
Pay rate: £15.29 per hr – £18.35 per hr
