Care Assistant in Eastbourne, East Sussex

We are looking for compassionate and reliableSupport Carersto assist a lovely lady in Eastbourne who requires complex care following a spinal cord injury. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced care including tracheostomy and ventilator support under the guidance of an experienced nurse and our Nurse Practitioner team.

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shift:8 a.m. 8 p.m. at£17.70/hour
• Night Shift:8 p.m. 8 a.m. at£21.24/hour

What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily routines
• Assisting with hoist transfers and bowel management
• Working collaboratively with the lead nurse to ensure safe and dignified care
• Maintaining clear records and ensuring the care plan is followed
• Supporting a calm and positive environment for the client
