Paragon Education is working with a supportive school in the Worcester area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant with SEMH experience. This role involves supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them remain engaged with learning and develop positive behaviours within the classroom. The school is looking for a patient, resilient and proactive individual who can provide consistent support and build strong relationships with pupils who may face barriers to learning.
Key responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
