We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in the Midlands that is looking for a full-time KS1 teacher to join their supportive and inclusive team.

The role may also involve working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), so any experience—or a genuine interest—in SEN would be a real bonus.

About the role:
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that support a smooth transition through Key Stage 1
  • Supporting children with additional needs, either within the classroom or in small groups
  • Working closely with the SENCO and other staff to ensure every child is supported
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience ideal, but not essential)
  • Is nurturing, organised and passionate about helping all children thrive
  • Has experience with SEN or is keen to develop their skills in this area
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates clearly with staff and parents
