Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Adapting teaching strategies to support a variety of SEN requirements
- Working closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff
- Supporting pupils’ communication, emotional wellbeing, and social development
- Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring pupil progress
- Creating a calm, engaging, and structured classroom environment
Qualifications
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience working with SEN pupils within a primary setting
