Paragon Education is recruiting a caring and experienced SEN Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Worcester. Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Adapting teaching strategies to support a variety of SEN requirements
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff
  • Supporting pupils’ communication, emotional wellbeing, and social development
  • Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring pupil progress
  • Creating a calm, engaging, and structured classroom environment

Qualifications

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience working with SEN pupils within a primary setting
  • Strong understanding of differentiated and inclusive teaching practices
  • A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
