We are now looking for an Estimator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Estimator, you will produce accurate quotations that support the successful delivery of bespoke joinery projects. Specifically, you will interpret client requirements, assess specifications, and estimate the materials and labour needed to bring high-quality joinery solutions to life, producing detailed proposals that enable confident, informed decision-making. Alongside this, you will liaise with suppliers, issuing comprehensive and targeted enquiries to ensure accurate and timely cost information is secured.
Additionally, you will:
- Create detailed Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify specifications
- Highlight any potential issues in designs or intent
- Revise quotes based on the sales team or client instructions
- Instigate quote checks prior to submission
- Identify when site visits are necessary to enhance quote accuracy
- Attend daily sales team huddles to provide updates and resolve issues
About You
To be considered as an Estimator, you will need:
- Experience in custom joinery estimating
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Confidence working to margins, targets and deadlines
- Great client communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
