In September 2022, DCX was formed from the merger of two long-standing powerhouse agencies - a digital transformation specialist and a data-driven marketing partner. This created a full-service digital transformation and marketing agency and consultancy that combines the power of data with compelling creative and digital technology to help clients connect better with their customers and deliver better outcomes.

We are looking to bring in a Business Development Manager to identify, open and close new business opportunities across the Agency, with a focus on selling creative and marketing campaign services. Reporting to the head of growth, the Business Development Manager will be focused on net new growth. The role will work alongside another sales lead as part of the Growth and Marketing team.

  • Building a pipeline of new prospects, focusing on selling creative and marketing campaign services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Working with marketing and growth teams to develop outbound lead generation campaigns.
  • Being an ambassador for the DCX brand.
  • Networking and event attendance to generate new prospects.
  • Managing the pipeline accuracy and reporting within our Salesforce CRM.
  • Own and direct new business proposals/pitches.

With a focus on finding, qualifying and converting new business, you are likely to have a background in marketing and communications sales roles. You will be ambitious, bringing a high volume of quality leads into the business. You will have experience working in a creative, data-driven and marketing communications environment.
