Responsibilities
- KPI chase and update WIP of the CTS service events and update Fleetwave with supplier information and customer updates.
- Chase and check compliance paperwork from suppliers, uploading the paperwork to Fleetwave in a timely manner.
- Escalation of issues arising from service paperwork to necessary suppliers.
- Creation of defect jobs, triggered by customers, with date/time stamp recorded against the defect.
- Processing of CTS tyre requests, adding the detail jobs to Fleetwave, reviewing reports and obtaining recharges.
- Monitor and act on CTS daily movements and cancel service events as required.
- Monitor and action CTS daily movements, source a maintenance provider, and liaise proactively with the supplier to pre-empt the next service required.
- Establish a network of maintenance providers, detailing, setting up and negotiating supplier accounts and rates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good work organisation.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- IT literate with experience using Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- Able to prioritise own workload.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a commercial vehicle facility.
Working Hours
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, office-based. 8:30am – 5:30pm.
