About The Role

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our Redbrick Property Management team. If you have previous experience in property management, this role could be perfect for you; otherwise, we’ll provide the necessary training.
Purpose of the Role
To effectively manage properties on behalf of the appointed LPA receiver of rent to minimise losses. This involves working within the current regulatory framework and communicating with tenants, managing agents and authorised third parties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct property strategy is recommended through detailed analysis of valuations, rental values, costs and relevant mortgage account data
- Manage your own caseload, ensuring service level agreements, KPIs and the receiver’s objectives are achieved
- Proactively manage caseload costs through monitoring and controlling property/tenant related expenditure
- Monitor tenant arrears and running lettings activity
- Assist in developing and delivering processes, procedures and training
- Ensure necessary quality controls exist within the team and service standards are adhered to
- Handle and monitor maintenance issues with appointed third‑party contractors
About You
- Capable of organising, prioritising and completing tasks within set timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of communicating with customers experiencing personal or financial difficulties
- Ability to make rational judgements from available information and analysis
- Ability to constructively challenge business policies, processes and procedures
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications and Experience
Good customer service and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience in the Receivership of Rent process is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 5:00 pm, working every Wednesday in the office. We promote flexibility and hybrid working options.
