What you’ll be doing:

  • Reconciling rental payments with agent statements to ensure all transactions are reflected accurately against the accounts.
  • Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant and processed for payment in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with third parties via email and telephone to ensure relevant and accurate documentation received.
  • Lodging and releasing of tenant deposits, making relevant claims to the Deposit Protection Service where required.
  • Supporting the team to ensure all service level agreements are met.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (hybrid role) - Office presence required on a Monday

Hours: 27.5 hours per week

Working Hours: 9:00am – 2:30pm
