What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess initial deal viability against lending criteria.
- Provide indicative terms and structure deals in line with business appetite.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and intermediaries.
- Manage bridging loan cases from application to completion.
- Package deals for credit approval with clear summaries and supporting information.
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers/clients throughout the lifecycle.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships.
About You
Essential
- Experience in bridging finance, specialist lending, or property finance.
- Strong understanding of the bridging loan lifecycle.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Desirable
- Experience working with brokers/intermediaries.
- Knowledge of property transactions (auctions, refurbishments, development exits).
- Familiarity with CRM and case management systems.
- Understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment.

Working hours
Hybrid working 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. (2-3 days in the office)
