What you\’ll be doing
As the IT Infrastructure Security and Resilience Manager at Paragon Bank, you\’ll ensure our infrastructure is secure and resilient. Your responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Overseeing a team of 2 Security Analysts indirectly, with a Team Leader as a direct report.
- SOC Performance Management: Ensuring our outsourced SOC and internal analysts deliver excellent security services and acting as a key escalation point for incidents.
- Vulnerability Management: Overseeing the vulnerability management program for infrastructure and cloud technologies, ensuring timely identification and mitigation, and driving continuous improvement.
- Obsolescence Management: Creating and maintaining a horizon plan for obsolescence under Infrastructure and Cloud, aligned with budget cycles.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Owning DR planning for infrastructure technologies, working with stakeholders to create and execute a clear DR roadmap, ensuring resources and third parties are aligned.
What you\’ll bring to the team
About You
Alongside technical expertise and management skills, you\’ll need:
- Experience in Cyber Security practices, ideally managing a 3rd party SOC provider
- Experience in vulnerability management, preferably with Tenable
- Experience managing end-of-life processes for hardware, software, and cloud services (desirable)
- Experience managing technical engineers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead on critical issues
- Proactive risk analysis and mitigation aligned with Paragon\’s risk framework
