What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the monitoring and reporting of Paragon's operational footprint against Paragon's net zero commitments.
- Analyse and review data to identify areas of focus in Paragon’s net zero journey.
- Prepare climate change management information and present to the Sustainability Committee.
- Provide support to the business in identifying the impact of new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) regulation, risks and opportunities on current and proposed activity.
- Work alongside the external consultations to support the limited assurance of the public operational footprint reporting.
- Work with a range of stakeholders all over the Group in support of reducing our operational footprint.
- Support the wider team in the preparation of capital and recovery planning frameworks.
About You
You will have the ability to effectively prioritise tasks to ensure delivery meets critical deadlines. You will have the ability to analyse and present complex information to internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to assimilate and utilise new information, processes and training. You will have effective communication skills for written and verbal reporting and the ability to present information to internal stakeholders. You will have the commitment to deliver and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be able to embrace change and influence and encourage others.
