You will specialise in crafting visual designs and communication materials that captivate and engage our audiences. You\’ll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining our websites and digital marketing materials. You\’ll create eye-catching digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile apps, advertising, emails, and social media. What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the brief, communicating effectively to ensure the design solution aligns with the overall vision
- Working with the Creative Director, designers and marketeers in designing and creating exceptional digital creatives ensuring cohesive brand representation
- Pitching engaging and powerful presentations of creative ideas to stakeholders and senior members of the team
- Contribute to the overall visual digital strategy and user experience of all digital products and services
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
- Exceptional design and creative skills for all digital channels
- A strong understanding of responsive design and ability to design for multiple platforms, from desktop to mobile, with social media platform-specific knowledge
- Skill in optimisation of designs for specific platforms and knowledge on social media SEO
- Knowledge of web design technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
