Paragon Banking Group PLC is seeking a Development Officer to support Trainers in delivering high-quality training across multiple departments within Customer Operations, including Collections & Servicing (Buy-to-Let Mortgages, Secured Loans, Motor Finance, Savings).

You will coach colleagues, provide live feedback, and model best-practice call handling under trainee observation to ensure confidence and competence.
