What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquiries
  • Interpret customers' instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
  • Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
  • Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division
  • Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times

Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week - hybrid role 2/3 days per week in the office.
