What you’ll be doing:

  • Specialising in Buy to Let mortgages you will be part of a telephony team supporting brokers and customers with their buy to let mortgage enquiries.
  • Focused on building strong relationships, expanding our distribution reach by engaging with both existing and new brokers.
  • Proactively learning to improve your knowledge of complex buy-to-let propositions and the solutions we offer.
  • Working closely with internal Business Development Managers to enhance broker engagement and business growth.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of service standards ensuring all interactions with brokers are handled professionally and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently via phone and email to address queries and provide solutions.
  • Prioritising and managing your workload efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.

  • A team player that can build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident call handler showing emotional intelligence with the ability to deal with all types of sales enquiries and complaints.
  • The ability to take ownership of enquiries whilst providing a high service level.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, demonstrating a willingness to support colleagues and intermediaries alike.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch), hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week.
