A Platinum Investors in People employer and an award‑winning UK bank is looking for a Customer Communications Systems Analyst to join our Application Support team. The role reports to the Application Support Lead and involves working closely with staff across the group.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting directly to the Application Support Lead and working closely with other members of the Application Support team.
  • Interacting with colleagues across the group.
  • Investigating and remediating issues that arise in supported applications.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation to aid understanding and day‑to‑day issue resolution for supported applications.
  • Working tickets from customers, ensuring requests are understood and customers receive the right outcome.
  • Acting as a routine contact point for customers to handle or resolve requests and queries.
  • Supporting coworkers on organisational contacts, processes and business relations.

Working Hours
