Let\’s grow together … What you\’ll be doing Own the execution and optimization of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers. Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing manager. Build and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to identify improvements. Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reports. About You What you\’ll bring to the team In-depth knowledge and practical use of CRM tools and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Basic knowledge of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign performance metrics. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Working hours This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on specific days.
